This email is to help you with your Log-in into Bowlr. it may seem daunting at first but help will be at hand should you need it.

The system is entirely web based and as a member you can log into it from any web enabled device, like an ipad or smart phone and be able to book or cancel rinks instantly. The advantage over the previous system is that if we have your correct email address on the system, you will receive an email confirming the booking. 

Another advantage is that if you play in a league team a team member will enter the results of any match on the iPads provided in the club as soon as the match has been finished and this will automatically update any league tables. If errors in entering these results are made, then there is a dispute process that either skip can bring into being.

Your initial login to the system will be as follows: - go to our website and click on the link.

Your username is your existing membership number. Your membership number is shown above.

N.B. It must be entered as 4 digits e.g., if yours is 234 then enter 0234.

Your initial login password will be your first initial followed by your surname and your membership number, as before it must be entered as 4 digits e.g., if yours is 234 then enter 0234.

e.g., Johnny Walker whose membership number is 283 will log in using the password jwalker0283

Once initial log in is completed we suggest that you immediately change your password, this can be done by selecting account settings from the left-hand list of contents.

Any problems with the system please ring me, ............ or the club office, who will arrange for the correct person to contact you.

 I have added your details to our membership list and your email address onto our newsletter database, please be aware that some networks tend to place newsletters into the spam or junk folder.

If you have either an access card or locker key to collect, I have placed it in an envelope addressed to you and have pinned it to the notice board in the office, ready for you collect.
